“I was staying at Royal Plaza only for one night. As soon as arrived to Montreux I went straight to the hotel cause I was tired after a long trip. The front desk agent whose name was Nour, if I am not mistake , proceeded a check in with me and told that I was upgraded. Of course I was happy! It was a nice surprise! The junior suite was amazing. The room is spacious enough with big bed, small living room, bathroom. It has a balcony as well and the view is amazing!!! I was ready to stay outside just because of this view. The room has everything you need even the coffee machine(for additional but small charge). the breakfast was amazing as well. You have a lot of different options! In a whole the service was amazing even I stayed just for one night! I would love to come back! Merci beaucoup!!!”
