“The check-in process was smooth and easy, which is so nice when you are tired and stressed from traveling. The hotel was warm and welcoming. There is a parking garage attached to the hotel for ease of parking. The room was large and comfortable and had all amenities. The staff, during check-in, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived about 8:30 and were hungry and tired. We were so happy to see a bar in the lobby. The food was delicious and inexpensive and the atmosphere relaxing. It was so nice not to have to go out to find a restaurant! The location was downtown near the" Walk Across the Hudson" which was the reason for our going there. The breakfast was free, but not the usual styra-foam containers and plastic utensils one finds at most hotels with free breakfast. This was a buffet with a wait-staff, white tablecloths, silverware, china and delicious food prepared by a real hotel kitchen.”
“The bed was comfortable, the room immaculately clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The attached parking garage provides ample parking, and it is fairly easy to get to the hotel. Breakfast was a relatively good buffet, with all items having been made fresh.”
