“The location was good, easy access to Coimbra centre. The room was very big, with plenty of space for us and our two children. The buffet lunch and breakfast were very good, varied selections of nice food. The indoor pool was a fun place to splash around with the kids. Check in and out was smooth and the staff in restaurant and reception helpful.”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They handled issues with grace. We stayed in the superior room after switching from the junior suite. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well, and it was the first time we stayed in a hotel where it was quiet! We didn’t here through the walls, didn’t hear doors slamming, and didn’t hear the cleaning people in the morning. This made for a good night rest, along with the comfy bed.”
